Dexter C. Wells is a Certified Fraud Examiner, retired federal criminal investigator, risk management executive, educator, and founder of S4L Services, LLC. He brings more than three decades of experience supporting government, defense, higher education, research, and commercial organizations in fraud prevention, compliance oversight, national security, research security, technology protection, foreign influence mitigation, and enterprise risk management. 

His leadership is grounded in professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to helping organizations protect what matters most.
